Hi! My name is Kaisa and I work as the head of restaurant operations at Sushibar+Wine both in Helsinki, Finland and in Oslo, Norway. My responsibilities include taking care of all our restaurants, helping our managers and employees succeed in their work and developing our business further to be even better in the future! 

I started working at Sushibar+Wine in 2012 as a waitress. For that reason I might be a familiar face from our restaurants located in Helsinki and especially our Freda restaurant, which was my home base for years. My work has evolved over the years and I've been given great chances to work as a duty manager, then restaurant manager and finally the head of restaurant operations. Nowadays I spend my time working in all our locations. I'm at least as excited at work today as I was when I started and I'm super happy and proud that the company has trusted in my skills and given me great opportunities over the years!

My favourite dish off our menu is the Stravocado nigiri with avocado, cream cheese and teriyaki sauce. It's been my first love from the day I started and my orders from the kitchen will always have a portion or two (or three) of these green yummy things.  The best things about Sushibar+Wine are the amazing people I get to work with, great team spirit, awesome chances to develop your skills and further your career and most importantly our lovely customers 💚
