We were born in Helsinki and nearly a decade later, after building a steady foundation, we grew Nordic! Our twin city strategy became a reality, when two new restaurants in Oslo opened their doors in 2020 and joined our five existing ones in Helsinki. Moving closer to our most important ingredient, sustainably grown Norwegian salmon, was also something we were extremely passionate about.
To maximize taste and minimize waste, we made all orders handmade à la minute out of fresh and sustainable ingredients. We believe that people, planet and profit all fit in the same sentence. We are proud of our co-operation with WWF and design companies Artek and Marimekko.
